When can I expect my order?

•Delivery to most European countries typically takes 7-15 working days.

•For countries outside Europe, delivery usually takes 10-25 working days.

Orders without customization or special requests are processed within 2-3 days, while custom or special orders may require an additional 1-2 days for processing.

To ensure safe and efficient delivery, we limit each package to less than 10 shirts or 2kg. Orders exceeding this amount will be shipped in multiple packages.

Why is there no tracking information for my order yet?

Our shipping process involves collaborating with local carriers in the destination country. Tracking updates are provided once the package is handed over to the local carrier. If there are no updates initially, it’s because the package has not yet reached the local carrier. Rest assured, updates will appear as soon as this handover occurs.
